It’s easy to make a referral for yourself, for someone close to you, or for a patient.

Each of our guests is unique, so the best way for us to start the admissions process is to undertake a brief and informal assessment of the needs of our prospective guest.  Getting to know each guest means we can start building a bespoke personal care plan around them before they begin their stay with us.

It’s totally free and completely confidential.  We will be happy to meet prospective guests in a location of their choice, to welcome them to Parkland Place for a visit, or to have a chat over the phone or on Skype.

We will be happy to work with each prospective guest to understand and overcome any barriers to their admission, and can even send an unmarked car to collect them discreetly.

We are happy to accept payment by or referrals made by major healthcare insurance providers. Please contact our team to discuss arrangements in the first instance.
